這份食譜是改編自松露玫瑰的「拯救小廚房的烤箱 100道」,松露姊姊的食譜都很淺顯易懂,成功率也很高喔!
這次從在地的超市買到了沒有施打賀爾蒙的走地雞;原版的食譜要用兩種特別的醬,但我都沒有,就用中式烏醋和老干媽油辣椒替代,也是很好吃!我先生很滿意,吃著吃著就會想要配啤酒。我說啊,等大聯盟球季開始之後,我們家冰箱可能要常備雞翅了吧!(更新:雞都是沒有打賀爾蒙的!美國台灣都一樣)
附註:有一支小翅腿沒有裹醬汁是要給一歲多的兒子吃的,沒有醬汁但醃了一晚也是很好吃!

I got free range natural party wings from a local supermarket. The original recipe calls for two kinds of special sauce but I don't have them, so I used Chinese black vinegar and chili oil instead. They worked wonderful!! My husband loves it and it makes him wanna grab a beer. Well, when the MLB season begins, guess we'll need to stock up some wings!
ps. I left a drumstick uncoated for my toddler. It tastes good enough marinated!
茄汁雞翅(大約 5中翅 5翅腿)
改自松露玫瑰「拯救小廚房的烤箱 100道」第 51頁茄汁雞翅
材料:
- 兩節翅 5支,分成中翅和翅腿
A.
- 大蒜 1 瓣,壓成泥
- 綜合乾燥香料 1/2 大匙
- 甜椒粉 1/2 大匙
- 鹽、胡椒 各 1/4 小匙
B.
- 無鹽奶油 30 克
- 番茄醬 60 克
- 黑糖 1 大匙
- 烏醋 1 大匙
- 老干媽油辣椒 1/2 大匙
做法:
- 將 A料與雞翅拌勻,冷藏隔夜。
- 將雞翅取出置於室溫 10分鐘,烤箱預熱 400F/200C,將雞翅放入烤 30分鐘。
- 將 B料煮融拌勻,備用。
- 將雞翅取出,裹上醬汁再放回烤箱烤 5分鐘。
Ketchup Wings (1 lb.)

Ingredients:
- chicken party wings 1 lb.
A.
- garlic clove 1, pressed
- all-in-one seasoning (mixed dried spices) 1/2 tablespoon
- paprika 1/2 tablespoon
- salt & pepper 1/4 teaspoon each
B.
- unsalted butter 30 g
- ketchup 60 g
- brown sugar 1 tablespoon
- black vinegar 1 tablespoon
- chili oil 1/2 tablespoon
Directions:
- Mix group A ingredients with chicken wings. Refrigerate overnight.
- Take out the wings to leave them in room temperature for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Melt and mix group B ingredients in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat.
- Take out the wings and dip in the sauce, turn to coat evenly. Put the wings back to the oven to bake for 5 more minutes.
